HR Officer at the Swedish Armed Forces Telecommunications and Information Systems Command

About the Position

As an HR Officer, you will work at the unit's staff and belong to the LSE management group. In this role, you will have an administrative position that largely consists of processing, coordinating, and following up on HR and personnel issues within the unit. You will work closely with the unit's managers and employees on common HR issues. You will also support the unit's managers in various parts of the recruitment process, such as selection, interviews, and reference checks. Furthermore, you will assist the unit management with training planning and the preparation of personnel statistics. Much of the work will be supported by the FM management system SAP/PRIO.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure that HR processes are followed and monitored
  • Support the unit's managers in the recruitment process
  • Prepare employment contracts
  • Assist with the onboarding of new employees
  • Prepare HR reports and compile data for unit management
  • Coordinate GSU/Combat Training for participants within the unit

Training and exercises are a natural part of the position. You will practice staff duties in a heightened state of readiness with your colleagues. Business trips may occur as the unit has personnel in several locations.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

  • Academic degree with a focus on HR, or other education or experience deemed equivalent by the employer
  • Experience with HR-related tasks within government/public operations
  • Driver's license (B)
  • Fluent in Swedish/English, both spoken and written
  • Proficient user of the Office suite
  • Experience working with and developing administrative tasks, processes, and routines
  • Experience conducting and supporting recruitment processes within government/public operations

This is a civilian position. Start date as soon as possible by agreement. The employment is permanent (a six-month probationary period applies for those who are not currently employed by the Swedish Armed Forces). Work location: Stockholm/Vallhallavägen 117.
